🐾Pets

Although we truly love animals, our home is already graced by Pepper, our friendly resident hypoallergenic dog. For the comfort of all guests and to maintain the peaceful environment of our lakeside retreat, no other pets are permitted on the property.

👶🏼Children

Due to our quiet, adult-focused setting and proximity to the water, children under the age of 16 are not permitted, unless the entire property (all 3 rooms) is rented for private use. This ensures a safe and serene environment for all.

🌙Quiet Hours

To preserve the relaxing nature of your stay, we observe quiet time from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere..

🛋️ Shared Spaces

Our common areas are designed for comfort and conversation. Please treat them with care and kindness.

🍳 Breakfast Service

A full home-cooked breakfast is served daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM in our Great Room or outdoors, weather permitting. Please let us know in advance if you have dietary restrictions.

♿ Accessibility

Please note that all guest rooms are located on the second floor. Unfortunately, our property is not wheelchair accessible at this time.

🚫 Food in Guest Rooms

To preserve the cleanliness and quality of our rooms, we kindly ask that no food or beverages be consumed in the bedrooms. Please enjoy snacks and meals in the great room, on the porch, or in our dining areas.

🚭 Smoking, Candles & Open Flames

For safety and air quality, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house, and candles or any open flames are not allowed in guest rooms.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Clarity and calm, from reservation to check-out.

  • Payment: We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the base price (before add-ons and taxes) at the time of booking to secure the room. The remaining balance will be due at least 14 days before your arrival. If you need to cancel within those 14 days, we will issue a partial refund only if we can re-book the room.
  • Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Add-ons: Optional extras like supper, wine, or whiskey tastings can be added when you book.
